Worst service at the real repair company

On the 4th of March I took my device in for a repair (damaged speaker on huawei p30 pro) to cellucity as that is where i took the contract. I was first told they would have to order the part as they did not have stock then i can bring the phone and it will ne done within the hour. Next i got told that it would take 7-14 business working days to repair which I was willing to accept. It is going going to be the 4th week and i still have not heard anything from them. They really do not care about their clients and have no desire to inform them the eta on their devices. I have been to them countless times and each time i get a different story, almost as if the workers can't tell their head from their ass. Worst place to get a device repaired. I would not recommend them to anyone.
