WORSE STORE EVER

<p>I went to the Branch in Melrose Arch, firstly i waitied about 2 minutes to be served, 2 + employees were not busy. I had to ask them if they worked there and if they could assist me.</p> <p>secondly, i bought this phone cover for R430. biggest *******, as i went into MTN next door, they told me they had the same covers for R200. i got back to Cellucity literally 30 seconds later, tell them this and ask for a refund. and they say no and show me this little sign saying no refunds / returns.</p> <p>Absolute worse staff, so unfriendly, biggest *******s. worse experience of my life.</p> <p>Please i truly hope no one gives them business and avoids this terribe shopping experience.</p> <p>#ihatethem</p>
