Upgrade is a nightmare

My Vodacom profile is stating that i can upgrade 10 May 2018. I went to Cellucity . 1. The upgrade that I want to do - may booklet page 9 - Samsung S9 with extra's they told me it was a miss print it's you don't get all the extra's. I told them that is not exceptable because they didn't take the books from the stands it's still in the shop so i want that upgrade wit the extra's. 2. after they confirm yes I can get it after I went back again now they say their system don't want me to upgrade - I can only upgrade in June. 3. i'm not going to expect that because they are playing for time and this special is just for May. I want to upgrade and it need to be sorted out. On the Vodacom platform it stands i can upgrade the 10th of May 2018.
