Unknown billed smart watch

I've noticed that there is a smart watch added to my account that I am not aware of. I've taken out a contract for the two Honor 90 lite's deal and recently checked my invoices as to why I'm not paying the amount that I signed up for.

I then noticed that there is a smart watch added to my account. I do not own a smart watch, nor have I signed for one.

Please investigate this matter as I am suspecting internal ***** and my details being used without my consent.
