*****ulent Account

Vodacom tried to debit R 4195.66 on my account. I went to their store in Promenade to enquire about this as I never had an account with them. I was told that I have an account that was opened online around August which I know nothing about it. I submitted a dispute on 30/09 and was told I will be cc'd on the email they will send to their ***** department so that I can follow-up with them, which I did not see on my inbox. Please sort this urgently I don't have time and money to go to your stores. I don't want my credit record to be messed up by this.
