TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

On 19/07 2015 I upgraded my cellphne packge. I received a new Samsung S6 Edge phone and migrated to a SmartS Uchoose package. I enquired as to what the package offered and was informed that it offers 200mb data, 200 sms and 75 mins airtime / month and once that depletes, I would have to buy more. I was satisfied with that and enquired as to what happens to my existing data and sms's that I had available on \old"package and. I was informed that it would get carried over for one month.
