Tobi must go

I've been using vodacom all my life and have 2 Sim cards with them. I was happy, until now. Don't know what vodacom is trying to do, with cutting off humans and making this tobi voice to speak to us. Vodacom can afford to hire more people to assist us everyday.

I've been trying to make a Sim swap bt not winning with this so called tobi.

How difficult is it for a person to be assisted with a Sim swap.
