Thank You - Excellent service and a great attitude

I recently contacted Mr. Cornelius van Wyk, senior manager for Cellucity's Gauteng and KZN regions - in regards to exchange of a Samsung Note 5 that was found to have suffered an out of box failure.<br> <br> The matter was dealt with expediently and resolved amicably within 3 days by Mr. van Wyk and the staff at the Gateway branch after a less than positive experience with the Pavilion branch. <br> <br> I am very impressed by the diligence and positive attitudes of Mr van Wyk and the staff at Cellucity Gateway, most notably Kevin - I will now be supporting the Gateway branch exclusively as their dedication and level of customer service cannot be beaten.<br> <br> Thank You
