Terrible service from management

<p>We were dealing with a counter staff member who was very helpful and gave great advice, very knowlegable about the options we could go for. The phone I chose was in stock but because it was a holiday I couldn't get it untill the contract had been approved. The next day I received a call telling me the phone was only for upgrade customers and I would have to wait for another since they don't have any in stock.</p> <p>I contacted the Head Office which was even more useless beciuase the management there didn't bother answering the phone, when I eventually got a number for the regionla manager he was equally as unhelpful. He promised to call me back and didn't bother, the store manageress called me and told me even though they had said I can get the phone today, they had still not been able to get stock. All this, even though they have the ohone I am looking for in stock.</p> <p>Maybe you should try some customer service training, Speak to your counter staff, I am sure they have some tips for you.</p>
