Stay faaaaar away

If there was a zero, I’d give a zero star.

Took my iPhone 7 Plus (less than 2 years old, brand new Telkom contract phone) for screen replacement at cellucity century apple doctor on the 2nd of December

Phone just had cracked glass due, no ink damage.

This simple hour job returned and the screen worked but not the speaker.

Took it back and the technician Leigh said he can fix the speaker, easy 10minutes.

Found out today the motherboard of the phone is damaged after the screen replacement.

Apple doctor head office said she believes the technician Leigh May have caused this and will escalate to Jason the ops manager

Cellucity manager did not seem to want to believe this when advised.

Stay away from cellucity century, cause you may get shouted at aswell and hear your phone is beyond repair.
