Stay Away from Cellucity Bedfordview!

I took in an iPhone for repairs on 8 January after having submitted Cellucity's quote to my insurance. When I went to collect the repaired phone, the store claimed that the funds had not yet reflected in their account. I then paid the R1 202.99 from my card with the understanding that once the funds have reflected on their side, they would simply refund me my double payment. It has now been over a month of either pointless emails up and down or of them simply ignoring me! They even have the audacity to send me a "read email" notice and then not respond". Stay as far away from Cellucity Bedfordview as possible!
