SIM SWOP

Yesterday I went to Cellucity for my upgrade. Tasneem wasn't very friendly & when we got the name of the phone wrong she made us felt stupid by asking: When did that phone came out on the market? She was very sarcastic. She said my phone will be activated in 2 hours. It is still not working and I just phoned Vodacom, she didn't do the sim swop and now I have to go into Vodacom so that it can be done!!! This is really not good service at all!!! As I was very excited about my new phone, this was not a very pleasant situation.
