Samsung s23+ camera defect

After purchasing a s23+ devices within a few days of usage my wife found the device has a camera defect where the top of the photo blurs out, no matter how we focus or what setting we use, the defect does not go away, the problem is significant more noticeable with texts, books, documents.

After extensive research we've found thousands of other Samsung s23 users are facing the same challenges, My wife has traded her prior Samsung device for the newer s23 only to be greatly disappointed. We've found that devices made of a certain batch are dealt with this camera defect, mainly devices made in Vietnam.

Being loyal to Samsung we would like a replacement, from a batch made in a different country, or that of a different batch.

Considering the price of these devices there should be no defects, if they are we should be a right to new devices with zero defects. There are many other smartphones on the market, such as iPhone, Huawei, oppo and many other Androids.

Store level tells me I have to wait for 14 days, however that's too long to go without a phone, seeing that its a manufacturer fault I shouldn't bare the burden of inconvenience or scurry for a new phone, interms of service that's really poor. If higher management could research my concerns, they would have the same findings as I.

I do understand process, however I understand that higher management can digress from them on case by case matter.

As I've said, I'm not canceling nor am I accusing the cellucity group of selling a defective product, I would like the devices switched for a device without said defect, as this is a manufacturer problem, waiting 7 - 14 days is out of the question.

I look forward on an efficient and just response.
