Sales person dishonesty

I purchased a Samsung A31 on Sunday from Cellucity Pavillion. I have been looking for a phone for awhile now and settled on this. I was happy they had stock because its low in the market. I specifically asked the sales person Arushan if the phone is black and said I didn't want the prism black but he still sold me a prism black. I see that its shiny this morning.

I hate shiny things its a OCD issue and now I have anxiety. I don't know why u just can't give people what they ask for. I want a replacement . Bad service! I don't know why we ask the service person anything when they just lie.
