I will never purchase anything from this store again. My phone was detecting moisture whenever I attempted to charge it so I went to their store at Hemmingways they tested with their charger, it was charging. I was advised to buy the same charger a brand new one for R999 which I did. I arrive home, open my brand new charger and it doesn't charge, a day later I went back to the store they tested it and like my old charger at home it detected moisture and would not charge so it became apparent that the problem is with the phone I don't need an expensive charger, at that moment I requested a refund and i learned that the store does not give refunds only exchange. What??? This is ********. How are their customers okay with this... I'm now stuck with a R999 useless charger!
