Rip-off Company

I used Layup service to purchase a phone from Cellucity not realizing it a laybye service, I immediately cancelled my order as I needed the phone right away, order number Cellucity #28063 to my surprise the cancelation fee is the same amount as the deposit of the phone which is over R1000, this can't be right as they should just maybe deduct admin fees only why is my whole deposit being taken by Cellucity they didn't even service me with anything.
