POOR SERVICE FROM PAY JOY

I just got a phone yesterday from Cellucity. which is via PayJoy since yesterday after getting the Device i couldn't use my gallery and view videos on it, Cellucity tried their best to escalate the matter to Pay JOY, I SPOKE TO A REP FROM PAY JOY AND A MANGER AND NO ONE COULD ASSIST ME, ANDREA AND CANDICE HAVE BEEN SUPER I AM JUST AFRAID PAY JOY WILL MESS UP THEIR GOOD NAME
