Poor Service and Long Wait Time

I have app**** for a new contract with Cellucity more than a month ago and to find out that i have an account which I was not even aware of and it's by the Legal Department. I have emailed the legal department a week ago and I have not heard from them either. I have explained to ALL creditors that I have lost my ID document more than a year ago and this is not possible for me to have an account with Cellucity.

For this long waiting time I would like a phone contract of my choice
