Poor Service

I completed an application form online for a cellphone contract and got an email back from a person called Frankie. Since then as from the 11th of May 2019, I have not heard anything for Cellucity. The service is very poor and will not recommend anyone to them. If they do offer me a contract I want a double deal, for the poor service received.
