Poor ****** service.

I went to Cellucity - The Grove Mall, to inquire about my phone repairs since all the other vodacom shops couldn't assist me regarding my phone repairs.

The first time I was told that I only need to bring in my phone.

A few weeks later, when I went back to hand my phone over. I can't enter the branch cause "they feel that they can assist me outside". I white couple behind me, where guided behind me to enter the branch. As I ask the lady why is this happening she rep**** to me with " I have a small problem that can be handled while standing outside". We stood there for almost half an hour but yet according to her my problem is small.

I feel discriminated against cause why was I kept outside?

Second problem is: I took out a cellphone contract with them at that branch yet no one has answers for my problem. When I called the lady that initially gave me the contract and ask her if she remembers me and what promise she made me "that they are better than the competition next door" she said yes she remembers but when I ask her so why is it such a problem to get assistance with my repairs she kept quite and said afterwards there is nothing she can do to help me.
