Phenomenal Service - Cape Town

I have just bought a Samsung tablet from Cellucity (Cape Town) and can't remember when last I had such a seamless service experience. I popped off a few emails asking a few questions - the replies were swift and gave me all the information I needed. I purchased the tablet online and was told it would take up to 48 hours for delivery. I was totally happy with that, so you can imagine how happy I was when my tablet was delivered the very next day! In perfect condition, even though it was a demo model. It is absolutely brand new. I would like to especially thank Lesa Jackson for the phenomenal service she provided. I will make use of this company again and hope that they recognise that 1 person can make such a difference to a customer's experience! (And that they look after that person!). Reading some of these reviews it seems like people such as Lesa are few and far between so you should hold on tight.
