Overcharged for phone, refund processed promptly

<p>I had a horrible day go worse, when I bought a cheap phone from the airport, was severly overcharged for it, but in my desperation just accepted it. When I queried this with head office, the service I recieved was unparallelled in this day and age. Would like to thank Gavin for his prompt and professional service. Nothing short of a fantastic experience, no nonsense, no excuses, just straight to the point. Much appreciated.</p>
