Outstanding Customer Service experience

I was in the market for a new Cellular Contract and found out that Cellucity had a good deal, so i located the nearest branch and called in to get info. I spoke to the manager, Vanri, and she gave me all the info i needed, and was very knowledgeable on the subject matter. She promptly emailed me the forms needed to process my application, which i signed and sent back. Approval from the Cellular Network contract came shortly after, which was followed by a call from Vanri to check whether i received the confirmation. She told me all i needed to bring in to the store to sign the contract and i went through to the store. On arriving i was fortunate enough to meet Vanri herself, where she had all my documents ready, and explained to me every step of the process, making sure i was comfortable with everything. I signed the contract and paid for whatever i needed to, i also purchased a screen protector which she fitted for me at that time. All in all the process was seamless, thorough, took no more than an hour, and am completely in awe of the level of service i received. Hats off to Cellucity Benmore, and specifically the manager, Vanri. Well done on leading by example.
