Outstanding Customer Serive!

<p>My phone fell and because its insured ,I phoned to find out what to do because I was not getting assistance ,I later called cellucity for the phone to get repaired .. I was assisted by a lady called Odwa Madubela,who arranged for the phone to be collected from my work place to the vodashop repairs ,she followed up with me all through the process , helping me to fill in a claim form to getting quotes ....This lady has gone above and beyond her call of duty not to mention that she spoke to me in utter politeness and friendliness beyond measure ....To say that she has good customer service is an understatement ..</p> <p>I hope Cellucity Bedford centre know what a gem they have in her ...I am totally in awe ....</p>
