Online Number is always busy and no response to emails - still waiting for my device that was sent in.

I did a guest checkout for a refurbished iPhone (Pristine Condition) only for the battery health to be at 72%. I took it back within 7 days and it's been more than a week without ANY confirmation from cellucity.

I have sent an email to them - no response I have tried numerous times calling their call center for online orders - USER BUSY

If you call their call center and mention that you bought online, you'll be given an 087 number and they will tell you to contact them - this number has not worked in the last MONTH that i've been trying to call it. It just says USER BUSY. Before buying from them, try contacting this number to gague if you should rather take your money elsewhere.

I've sent my phone in with them, which I spent a lot of money on, only to not get any confirmation or response about it. I will not be shopping here again and will wait for an update on my phone that I've sent in.
