Not our Problem
Bought a gel casing for a BB Q10 instead of a BB Q5. Opened package in store and realised it does not fit. I tried to exchange it for the correct casing, but they did not have anything in stock for a BB Q5. (as company policy is: \NO REFUNDS)<br> <br> Complaint: No1
