No stock and no refund for items not provided

We bought a cellphone screen at Cellucity in mall of africa, first we found out its the wrong cover which was n nuisance, took it back and was told a replacement screen would be ordered which would fit the phone, after 2 weeks the screen came but it was the same one, still wrong.

Then we asked for a refund and was told it could only be done after a week! A week later the refund has not been done and phoning the branch we were told the woman helping us no longer works there (classic passing the buck strategy). Now we are being told they have to investigate and get back to us.

One word........PATHETIC
