No return on faulty Samsung watch
Got a Samsung Watch from the Tygervalley Branch. After using the watch for 2 days I noticed that the readings from the watch are far out. (I mean a resting heart rate of over 100) I did a reset, but still getting the same readings.
Took the watch back this morning. The manager was extremely rude and told me the problem was that I didn't know how to set up the watch, and if I did not let him do the setup he would not help me further and gave me the watch back with a, "there is nothing I can do for you".
I have been using Samsung watches for years and know what my stats are. Getting the watch increased my stats by 30% from the start. Not my "lack of knowing" how to set up the watch.
This is completely unacceptable and no way to treat clients.
This is an out-of-the-box failure and I'm still in the return date.
Being told that when buying a new device that does not work is just my problem is not acceptable.
