No response from Cellucity

I have been trying to contact Cellucity for the past 5 days via email, whatsapp and facebook to no avail. I sent them this message: "Hi. I placed this order on Friday 28/12 online for Walmer Park branch - #92846 but unfortunately the order was not yet ready. Is i possible for me to courier the phone to myself? I live 140kms from your store and unfortunately cannot pickup the phone. Alternatively is it possible to deliver the phone to your vodacom store in Port alfred so that I can pick it up from there? Thank you"
