No communication or feedback with regards to online order #920/7961 since December 2 2019

I bought Y6 Huawei 2019 on Cellucity online shop on the 2 December 2019 for delivery on 05/12/2019. A lady called me on the 3rd told me that the brown colour is no longer available and decided to take a black colour and said she will get back to me ever since then I waited for her call . I have been calling since Thursday to find out when the delivery will take place as I stated on the order that the delivery should not be delivered not later than the 10th. I have called 3 times today for the same sales department no one has ever answered the call , its only the receptionist that directs my calls, number called is ***. I would appreciate a refund I DON'T WANT THE PHONE ANYMORE. I have already bought another one. no form of communication has been received concerning the order, please refund me , thank you.
