****MERS Selling faulty phones and refusing to take them back

****MERS I bought a phone with them upon arrival I emailed them to say the speaker is faulty and then they sent me to a repair shop in sandton their accomplice they give the phone back with a dent no explaination nothing to my surprise i was speaking to a consultant and not the technician okay fine according to them my phone was like that originally meaning cellucity gave me a messsed up phone now they refusing to take it back I regret buying anything from cellucity I shouldve went with the apple guy honestly
