Melissa from Cellucity Hemmingways keeps harassing me and my wife each time she sees us at Hemmingways Mall, whilst she is on duty.

My wife and I visited the Cellucity East London store to buy an iPhone 13 for her. On that day we were assisted diligently by a gentleman named Lunga but before he could complete the transaction, the sale was hijacked by Melissa who complained that it was his sale. Lunga then said, okay and gave her the sale to complete. As she took over the sale, my wife informed her that she only had money to buy the phone and seeing as she would also need to buy accessories, she then wanted to cancel her purchase.

Melissa immediately begged my wife and I not to cancel the sale because she didn't want to lose the sale. She then offered to buy the charger at Cellucity at her own expense,so as not to lose the sale.

A few months on, Melissa is now harassing my wife and I at every chance she gets whenever she runs into us at Hemmingways Mall. Last month, she ran into my wife at the Dischem and immediately hurled insults at her that we owe her money. She even went as far as getting her husband to call me which violates the POPI Act as an employee of Cellucity.

Today she ran into my wife again at the salon inside Hemmingways Mall and immediately started swearing at my wife in full view of other customers and she was in full uniform. A few minutes later, she ran into me whilst paying for my parking ticket and started swearing at me as well.

Her behaviour is disgusting and unbecoming of someone that deals with customers on a daily basis.
