Mediocre Service

Cellucity offer a good service but are let down by their courier company RAM, an essential item was ordered and due for delivery within 1-3 days, it arrived timeously at RAM couriers but a week later is yet to be delivered. Cellucity did call and advise me that they would follow up and get back to me but that the parcel would be delivered the following day; I received neither a follow up call, nor a response to my email, nor the parcel which is yet to be delivered.
