LCD repair

I booked in my device Huawei P20 Lite in early March for LCD repair on a promotional price of R699 , this being before any news about the lock down. The Consultant I spoke too kept telling me that someone from their repair side claimed that they were sending me emails when they were not. During lock down I understood that nothing could be done and there will be a delay in having my phone fixed, when level 4 started I spoke to the consultant with whom I booked the device . On 1st May I requested information about the device and got No news , few weeks later I was called and I was told that the promo is no longer running and I need to come to store so I can pay R1299 for the LCD to be fixed.

I told the guy that I will not be paying anything more because I booked the phone in when the promo was running. He then fixes my device a few days after he called me , 3 weeks ago. And damages my back expecting me to take the device like that. I booked in the device with no problems besides the LCD. No damages and no scratches on the device.

We are in the month of June. I still got no feedback about my device.

This is unacceptable.
