Lack of interest from sales person

On 18th September 2015, I went to Cellucity in Canal Walk, I was due an upgrade and proceeded to ask the sales person about the various offerings from LG. It seemed like all he wanted to do was make the sale and move on to the next customer. Only after I signed the contract and only when I asked he said there aren't any accessories for the LG G4 Beat yet. I won't use the phone until I have a suitable cover and screen cover for it so it stays protected. It is now 6th Oct and no one from their branch has contacted me yet. The new phone is worthless and on top of that it only has 8gb of memory after I specially mentioned I need a lot of space on my phone. My old LG G2 has 32 gb of memory and they are not interested in helping me swop the phone or offer me any assistance to try and rectify the situation. I have a very bitter taste in my mouth after dealing with such useless service. I won't be going back to that branch.
