Lack of communication

I needed an upgrade on my phone so i went to Cellucity in Galleria, i then told the one lady what phone i wanted so she could place my order. She then sms's me 2 weeks later stating it had not arrived. So i tried another Vodacom store in Galleria but waited to long there so i just went back to Cellucity and said its fine i\ll wait and get that phone and she said the maximum amount of time will be 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks later and i phoned them and the lady that ordered my phone is on leave and nobody knows anything the phone she supposedly ordered. The manager informed me that it would take at least another 3 to 4 weeks to arrive!!!!! "
