Cellucity Canal Walk. A shoutout to Gino De Lucchi. We had problems with our phone and I was perhaps even rude to Gino. He has kept his cool & in the end managed to have the upgrade reversed and treated us firmly but respectfully. His sales staff was very friendly and VERY professional during our dealings with the company. It seems that THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT AFTER ALL.
