Iphone damaged

I went to Cellucity at Somerset Mall to get my iPhone 8 screen repaired.

However though it was replace I’m not happy with everything. First of all before the screen replacement I used to charge my phone once or twice a day but after the replacement I now have to recharge my phone three or four times a day. Even when I don’t use my phone my battery doesn’t last.

Secondly, there is a small gap between the screen and the body of the phone and it’s keeps growing. Thirdly on the bottom right of the screen there’s a green light that pops up when I press the home key. And fourth on certain parts of the screen when I tap on it, it doesn’t respond

I went to the branch where I took my phone and they wanted to take my phone to head office for like a week and they did not have spare phones to lend me to use in the mean time. I sent an email to them last week and still no response
