iPhone 11 C grade

Extremely disappointed in my most recent purchase for the iPhone 11 grade C , the phone is in a bad shape the screen is loose it’s not clued properly, and I think it should have been in a C-minus category it’s in a worse condition. Been buying iPhones from this site for years now and in the very same C grade and never received such a horrible product.This one looks like it was picked out of a bin and sold to me with a ridiculous amount of money. And communication is bad they don’t respond to WhatsApp texts and emails
