Incorrectly Debited OVER and OVER Again

<p>I want to lay a complaint firstly due to the fact that when I call Cell C customer service - they are not jacked up and can not hep me over and over again.</p> <p>I am being debited three times for an amount of R1003.25 </p> <p>And when calling for an explanation, they can not pick it and do not know what it is for</p> <p>Besides my monthly debit order for own cellphone, this is debited as well. </p> <p>And i want answers please</p> <p>Because everytime I need to go the bank and reverse</p> <p>And that is my time and money being spent to do all of this</p> <p> </p>
