In-Stock items not in stock...

Ordered a Redmi Note 11 on 30 June 2023 - product reflected as In-Stock, so purchased it. Received a call the following morning to thank me for the order and the stock would be "sourced", then dispatched within a few days. No other contact at all was received. Fast forward to today, 12 June 2023, could get hold of them telephonically, so used their website chat function.

Was advised on the chat that this model is end of life and not available. So it's taken almost 2 weeks to tell me this, with me having to follow up, with them knowing full-well that they never had stock to begin with, nor can they order it! So why show it as In-Stock??? False advertising really. Requested a refund and they say it will be done today - let's see...
