I have never ever had such a shocking sales experience!

This must be the worst sales experience i have had to date in my life. I have been a client with Cellucity for as long as i have had a cellphone. All my upgrades and family upgrades have been done through Cellucity. We went in to have my wifes phone upgraded (she was using an iPhone at the time). The salesman in the store said to us that a Huawei p9 was an amazing phone and that if we went with it we would receive a R2000 Woolworths voucher, so we went with this offer.

This was in the first week of January. We were told to sms the voucher code to Huawei which we did and we received a response. Sadly this is where the story ends. We have received absolutley nothing in the form of a voucher. We have spoken to 3 managers at Cellucity, the manager of Huawei and another person at a rewards company. This has been a disgrace and we wanted to drop the phone back at Cellucity and rather go with something else. The manager at Cellucity said we cannot do this.

We are at the point of giving up and we feel totally cheated - this is not the way customers are supposed to be treated, comming from the service industry myself i would have made it a priority to sort out my customer to the best of my ability.

I am warning any people going for this deal to beware as you will be dissapointed as the voucher seems to be non-existent. Obvisouly i will not be using Cellucity again for my upgrades which is a shame as this could easily have been sorted out.

To end the story, the company called TLC Rewards who was running the promotion did not live up to their offer and Cellucity honoured the R2000 voucher at their own expense - well done to them for this ... it was the right decision.
