I feel ****med.

I must say i am extremely disappointed at Cellucity The Groove mall sales consultant#2145 SIBIN017, I feel ****med actually.Bought a phone in December and he showed me a glass screen protector and told me it's R300 and i told him i don't want it because it's expensive then he reduced the amount to R200 and said it was for the same screen protector i then eventually agreed for him to put it on but guess what the ****** ****mer did,he changed it to some plastic cover i mean plastic which he didn't put in front of me knowing very well what he was doing.I only noticed after my phone fell and all along i'm thinking it's the screen protector that broke only to find that it's actually the phone screen because what he installed as a screen doesn't even break .On top of that he asked for cold drink for setting up the phone,i had to send him an ewallet on top being unprofessional SIS!!!IHow can you ask clients for cold drink for doing your damn job?????I ,m more disappointed because i went to the shop for and asked for him as he's the one that assisted me when i was when i was still shopping around he gave his business card in case i come back.
