Horrible customer service and rude manager

I have had a horrible customer experience at the Sandton store in Benmore, I walked into the store on the 14 August 2023 to enquire about purchasing a memory card for a photo shoot in the Area, I have advised the sales consultant that I have not purchased this specific item before and will require some assistance should the item I bought be the incorrect one. I was reassured that I would not have any problems.

on the 15th of August, I returned to the store with the item unopened and with the slip from the purchase and advised the staff that I required a different make as the one I bought didn't meet my needs.

I was then approached by Brendon Hufkie who told me that I cannot get a refund and I had to take something else from the store, I advised him that the specific product that I want they do not have in stock, and he did not try to find alternative ways to assist me but rather told me to pick something else in store.

I am sending this email with the hope that you will intervene and process my refund, I am disappointed at the customer service more than anything as I feel your staff did not show any Soft skills of empathy and spoke in a rather condescending and belittling manner, I would really appreciate an apology from the store manager and my refund processed,
