Honor 90 repair
I received bad service from Cellucity at Cavendish Square. Last month, I opted to upgrade to a new phone, the Honor 90. A few hours after receiving the new phone, it started experiencing problems, such as restarting automatically. I reported the issue to the store on my second visit, and I was initially told it was normal. However, a week later, the problems persisted, prompting my third visit. On the third visit, they agreed to send my phone for repair with Vodacom , with a promised wait time of 2 weeks.
After the specified time, I was informed that the phone was ready for collection. On my fourth visit, I collected the phone, set it up at home, but it still had faults. Subsequent visits (fifth and sixth) followed, with the phone being sent back to the repair center. Despite being assured it was fixed, the problems persisted. Frustrated, I requested a replacement on my seventh visit, only to be told the manager was unavailable.
The situation was unacceptable, and replacement should have been considered earlier. Despite attempts to contact the manager for resolution, there was resistance. Eventually, after reaching the manager, he agreed to fetch the phone from the store and motivate Vodacom for a replacement. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend CelluCity based on the service I received.
