Hauwei P8 Faulty again

I recently bought a Hauwei P8 at Cellucity which worked fine at first then battery, software, wifi and bluetooth stopped working. The battery won't hold a charge and they could not find or fix a fault, so they eventually gave me another new Hauwei P8 after 3 weeks of waiting. Now the new replacement P8 has just done the same thing after just 3 months. This is a major inconvenience for me as the process of getting the phone repaired or replaced is about 3 weeks and I cant be without a phone for that long, or have to time to waste at Cellucity. I don't really see why I must pay the price for faulty products, surely Cellucity is responsible for selling a problematic product. The Cellucity agent even admitted that they are experiencing massive problems with the Hauwei P8 wifi and bluetooth. What now???
