Hats off to Lionel from Cellucity Galleria

I called 05/02 to purchase the IPhone5s on contract with Cellucity.I called 3 branches Gateway Dwane Unhelp staff member,Pavillion a lady who just emailed me documents and did no follow up.The deal was ending the next day there fore I had to make sure that I got approval of the contract. Lionel from Galleria was able to assist me he emailed and called me and timeously followed up with converting my existing contract and changing to the contract I wanted.He really went an extra mile to assist me&attempted to get all information just so that I will not loose out on the deal that I wanted.I could not get the contract with Vodacom,only Cellucity offered this contract.Lionel had exceptional customer skills&goes the extra mile to assist customers.I was really impressed to find out that sales consultants with his attitude still exists. He emailed me&called me several times just to ensure that my contract was approved.The next day I went to the store to sign,do payment&fetch my new contract.I am very happy with the excellent service received from Lionel&hopes he is rewarded for his excellent and helpful skills.
