Great Customer Service Experience

I would like to thank Marcel for his EXCELLENT customer service!!!!<br> he assisted me in opening a new contract last week. what I really appreciated was that he made every thing so smooth and hassle free for me....to the extent of liaising with Vodacom on my behalf to sort out an account query.<br> <br> Well done Marcel...your great and friendly attitude was just what I needed after poor customer experience from your competitors.<br> <br> I do hope that your management recognises your redeeming qualities and that you can only be an asset to their company. thank you once again!!!
