Going an extra mile indeed to satisfy a customer

After my fiance signed up a cellphone contract at istore, for some apparent reason Aisha(vodacom consultant at istore Somerset Mall) couldn't do a sim swap as requested 2days back. She instead referred that we go to vodacom outlet and ask that they do it there.And to think we paid for this service at istore. Vodacom staff informed us that they were offline which we later found oout that it was untrue. We then resorted to Cellucity,where we were given the best hospitality one can ever ask for. Jason Milne was so helpful and patient with us. He made it his mission to please us. We got our sim swap done,had all my files transferred from my old phone into the new iphone. If that wasn't enough he set up the iphone for me and still did all this with a huge smile. I so wish we had taken up the cellphone contract with Cellucity instead. Nevan Jacquire also offered to assist me with whatever i still needed with the regard to the iphone.The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Very different from the lack of proactiveness which we got at the istore. For a store which has just been opened, they clearly don't live up to their name. They are there to just secure sales and nothing else.
