Gareth Glassman...you rock, paper, scissors no more :(

<p>After having to go through the mission of getting a new cellphone contract once before with Gareth Glassman handling it very professionally as well as doing everything in his power to get it done as quickly as possible, I thought going back to him a second time would be less of a mission...I was sadly mistaken. This young man, having just gone through a break up, unfortunately brought his personal issues to work that day. Knowing Gareth I thought he would handle this transaction professionally despite the fact that I know his ex very well. Once again I was sadly mistaken. Once I app**** for the new cellphone contract I was told that I would have an answer within the next 48 working hours. After I had not heard anything by day 4, I decided to contact him only to be told that he is no longer dealing with it and he had given it to a colleague. Not once within the 4 days did he make any effort to inform me of this change. The colleague then informed me that I should contact Experian to make sure that I don't have anything reflecting badly on my name, three phonecalls and two weeks later all I heard was radio silence...once again. So after being forced to take matters into my own hands, again, I contacted said colleague only to find out that my application had been escelated to Vodacom supervisors. Once again I was not informed of the change at all. Two days later I was informed that that was in fact a lie and that my personal relationship with this young man's ex girlfriend is what got in the way of me and my new cellphone contract...professional or petty?... </p>
